Children can explore without an account
We do not ask children for names, email addresses, profiles or other personal details. Contact and support features are for adults. Please do not send unnecessary information about a child.
What stays on your device
Your language preference is saved in your browser. Analytics does not save cookies or a permanent visitor identifier on your device. You can remove the language preference by clearing this site’s browser data.
Privacy-conscious usage measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic and page performance. We also measure page views, the selected story, character and language, story starts, steps reached, finishes and replays, and interest in supporting Lilbimo. Reports can include a broad device category, country and predefined traffic-source or campaign categories. We do not send contact-form content, full referring URLs, arbitrary URL parameters, or choices about a child’s bodily functions to our analytics database.
A random temporary identifier connects only the steps within one story attempt. It stays in memory in the browser and is not used to recognize a person across visits. We do not create child profiles, sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Our usage reports cover the previous 90 days. Older usage records are excluded from reports and removed from the active analytics database when the next measurement arrives. Cloudflare Web Analytics makes its traffic data available for six months. Cloudflare may separately process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect the website; our own analytics database does not store IP addresses.
Our own usage measurement respects browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You can continue using all stories when measurement is disabled or blocked. Analytics helps us maintain the website and improve its stories; it is not used to assess a child’s development.
Messages from adults
If you contact us, we use the name, message, topic and optional reply address you provide to handle your request. We process this information to respond to you and maintain the service, relying on our legitimate interests or steps requested by you where applicable. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to address it and meet applicable legal obligations.
Optional support and external links
Payments, when available, take place on an external provider's website. We do not collect or store card details. That provider explains its own handling of payment information. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity proportionately.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting and any configured message or payment service may process information in other countries. Applicable safeguards must be used where data protection law requires them. No contact message is sent while our message service is unavailable.

We may update this page as the service changes. Contact us with questions. Contact us
